What are the policies on cancellations and substitutions? Cancellations received in writing on or before January 1, 2010 are fully refundable. No refunds are allowed after January 1, 2010. Substitutions are allowed at any time providing RETECH Management is notified. All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing. Refunds will be subject to a $125 administrative fee.

Do I have to pay to attend if I am speaking at the Business Conference? If you are speaking at the Business Conference standard complimentary registrations will be issued.
Do I have to pay if I am an exhibitor? Depending on your booth size, exhibitors receive complimentary full conference registrations and exhibit booth registrations.
